Are PepChain products for human use? +
No. All PepChain peptides and related materials are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary consumption and are not approved by Health Canada as drugs or consumer health products.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis? +
Yes. We prioritize third-party testing and can provide batch COA documentation for research records. Contact info@pepchain.ca with your order details to request documentation.
Who may purchase from PepChain? +
Products are intended for qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions. Purchasers must be of legal age in their province (19+ in most of Canada; 18+ where applicable) and are responsible for lawful handling.
How fast do orders ship? +
Orders paid before 12 PM EST Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day when stock is available. Delivery times vary by province and Canada Post service. See our Shipping page for current rates and signature options.
Can you advise on personal dosing or protocols? +
No. PepChain does not provide medical advice, personal dosing guidance, or therapeutic protocols. Product information is for research and educational context only.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Interac e-Transfer and USDT (TRC-20). Choose your method at checkout — orders ship after payment is confirmed.
What are your shipping options? +
We ship via Canada Post. Choose standard delivery ($25) or signature-required delivery ($30) at checkout. Signature includes tracking and confirmation on delivery.
